William Wordsworth from Wrynose

As I prepare to begin filming the River Duddon from source to sea I share a poem by William Wordsworth who was also hugely inspired by the landscape here.

  • Only just found this, Jason and I loved the scenery and Wordsworth’s words. I haven’t been to that part of the Lake District; just Hawkshead, Grasmere and Coniston. I went for a week on my own both last year and this year with next year already booked. I loved walking in the countryside on my own; so peaceful and relaxing. Wordsworth is my favourite poet and has been since I studied him for my O’ Levels in 1978. 🙂🌿
