Saying hello to Loch na Keal

Jason // July 23 // 11 Comments

As night falls on my first evening I reminisce on my walk along the shores of the loch, feeling my way into the mood of the place and letting the long journey ease away into the waters. I caught a few photos, including a feeble attempt at a distant White-tailed Eagle, a Heron wing stretching alongside a company of Oystercatchers and a fluffy new Hooded Crow watching me as the sun set.

The banks of the loch are so fabulously lush. A myriad species of blooms patchwork the landscape, even the ditches are oil paintings in waiting.
