Meet your Nature Guide.
Hi! I'm Jason.
After a lifetime of following my passion as a professional nature photographer, film-maker and writer I've created a short series of three videos that draw on my on-the-ground experience of deep nature connection.
Follow along as I explore and explain how you too can easily find your way home and reclaim your relationship with the natural world around you, no matter how busy you are or where you live.

Imagine what it would feel like to truly slow down.
To step outside, even for a few moments, and feel your shoulders drop, your breathing deepen, your thoughts quieten.
Imagine having the time and space, even in a busy life, to reconnect with the land around you. To see the small wonders you used to rush past. To notice the details, the shifting light, the change of the seasons.
What would it mean to feel calm again? To be able to let go of the constant mental chatter, even for a while?
What would it mean to feel safe and at home in the natural world, even if you were once hesitant to venture out alone?
What would it mean to have confidence in your own ability to connect, to know exactly where and how to start, and to keep going, even when life is busy?
Spending time with nature, with the more-than-human world is deeply therapeutic and a great way to counter the 'always on' culture of modern life. I've created this series of short videos to give you the antidote to overwhelm and disconnection.
