Gold

My head swam in a globe of gold, memories rising of my old self.
As the pewter sea cracked and glazed I saw the ocean swell of possibilities.
Maybe I could catch photos. Perhaps this place would open her doors.
My creative confidence, currently a caterpillic chrysalis of gloop,
could sprout wings, a resurrection of the imaginal.
A following of thought lines through this precious metal landscape.
