From Devil’s Kitchen

That was quite a climb! I only intended to wander round the lake, but just couldn't help myself! The weather was perfect, Ravens were egging me on and I sort of just found myself clambering over the boulders and up the scree slope.

It was worth the effort though as I got some amazing footage for my upcoming film and have something of interest to share with you!

I mentioned in the video that I'd caught some shots of a pair of Ravens trying to rob a Heron of dinner during a previous visit, and here's a link to that story and gallery.

Finally for today - a Medicine Movie of a Mountain Waterfall. Enjoy!

  • I am loving this journey. Thanks for taking us with you, Jason. It really is stunning country! The soundtrack with bells and gong tone overlaid on the waterfall music and visuals is perfectly lovely.

  • Stunning, Jason. The waterfall is mesmerising. (Coincidentally I have just put together a qigong sequence featuring Cascading Water!) Thank you.

  • Loved the heron, how intelligent and smart 💚.
Thank you for the amazing views and climbing higher to capture them. We’ll worth it I’m sure. Thank you 🙏 and age has no limits !!

  • Fabulous Jason – well, what a first day! Fantastic climb, incredible views of the landscape. I loved the meditative waterfall, calming and relaxing, perfectly accompanied by the music. What encounters you have with Nature, I loved the heron/raven story and images, thank you for sharing your adventures with us, you are inspiring. Bless you and your work! Steady on the way down!

  • WOW! Well done Jason for making it to the top! Amazing views and I just love those boulders, there’s something so grounding about a boulder and the way they sit on the earth watching the world go by, i love it! Thank you for the water video, really enjoyed the sounds and visuals. Keep safe

  • Thank you for taking time to share all this with us…Incredible Jason that you made it so far up to Devils Kitchen with your weighty kit. I can only marvel at your fitness!
Wonderful to see the view of the Llyn from way up there.
The medicine movie is just perfect to immerse in this morning with its lovely soundtrack too.
Many thank yous again for allowing us to share this adventure 🪶

  • What gifts you bring! Stunningly beautiful, thank you so much for making that tricky climb with all your kit. Love the view, love the heron/raven shots, love the water meditation, love and was bowled over by the boulders. Got such a sense of strength from the boulders somewhere in my spine. Uplifting all. Thank you.

  • The mountain waterfall medicine movie is amazing! It worked for me. Magical, hypnotic close ups of water tumbling over rocks. Long enough shots to get really drawn into visual details. Watery sounds enhanced by the windchimes and I think a singing bowl made my chakras tingle. In my opinion, the best meditative video yet. Brilliant! Keep it up Jason ❤️
